Sunshine Representatives was first established in 2005 by ex-Bunnings Team Member, Luke Pepper. With over 10 years of Bunnings experience from working In Stores, at Bunnings National Head Office in Melbourne and as a Sales Representative for a company who supplies to Bunnings and other Major Hardware Stores, he saw an opportunity in the QLD market for a reliable and experienced Sales Agent.
Meet the QLD Team:
 Luke Pepper – Director
With over 12 years experience in the Hardware Industry, Luke started out as a Team Member for Bunnings Sandown, Victoria in 1997. Over the next 6 years he moved between 8 stores across VIC and QLD while also being part of the Bunnings Trainee Program, finally landing in the Merchandise Department at Bunnings National Head Office in Melbourne for a further 2 years. In 2004 he made the big move to QLD, becoming a Sales Rep in the Industry, and where finally he saw an opportunity in the QLD market for a Sales Agent, and the rest as they say… is History!
 Neville Gourley – Sales Representative
Neville has been involved in the Retail industry for most of his 30 working years where he has gained extensive experience in Sales, Merchandising, Inventory Management and Training. He worked at Hardware House, Capalaba, from 2000 and continued on with Bunnings Capalaba until linking with Luke at Sunshine Representatives in February 2008. His experience and know-how in the Hardware Industry is now available to you, to help grow your business.
 Jessica Westh – Sales Representative
With a strong focus on Customer Service, Jess has been in the Retail Industry for over 8 years starting out at Bunnings in 2002, while studying Horticulture. After 4 years of gaining invaluable experience with Bunnings, Jess then moved on to IKEA where she worked in Kitchen Design both in Australia and Overseas for an additional 4 years, before joining Sunshine Reps in November 2009. With her determination and strong motivation, Jess is a dedicated part of the Sunshine Reps Team.
 Kathryn Pepper – Marketing, Accounts & Administration
While studying for her Business Degree at University, Kathryn started out working Part Time for McEwens in Melbourne before the Bunnings takeover. After graduating from Uni, she then landed herself a Full Time job at Bunnings National Head Office in the Merchandising Department where she worked for over 3 years before meeting Luke and moving to QLD. After 4 years of working in a Marketing role for a Major Builder in QLD, she has now joined the Sunshine Reps team to help look after the accounts/admin/marketing side of the business.
